Mebius Dust

Ten years after a mysterious meteorite crashes to Earth, people known as "Rams Carriers" develop superhuman abilities called "Rams." However, those who gain these abilities can only survive in the presence of "Mebius Dust" released by a giant crystal, which confines them to the town of Shinkatsushika. Within Shinkatsushika, Rams Carrier children use their Rams to play a territory-conquering game to cope with their inability to leave town. High school student Araki, along with his younger sister Stella and childhood friend Olga, forms a team called "Polis Hopper" and dives into the game.
