The story follows Li Xiongmao, a human boy raised by demons, who is ordered by his master to leave Black and White Mountain to kill three enemies that destroyed the demon race. As he investigates the truth, he gradually uncovers the conflict between humans and demons, the secrets of the dynasty, and the mystery of his own destiny.
